I Updated my tool with some new features and fixes:

New in v2:
-Now the importer import any pac of any size

-Export/Import function
-The tool now creates an auitomatic backup of any file you open
-Some graphics issues are now corrected
-auto-adjust when you maxime the program window

-Refresh the list if you open a second pac

How to use it

1.-Open CH.pac or CH2.pac with a hex editor and select from the first id to the last id like in the image

2.-Press ctrl+E change to dec and copy the length

3.-Paste that lenght in the "size of header box"

4.-Click the open button and select your pac

5.-You should see something like this

Notes:

-The program is not bug free so if you find some problem please report it here
-If the extension is not "PAC ", "YOBJ" or "BPE " then something is wrong and offset could not be correct
-It should work with other pacs like bg.pac but the ID's will be wrong because it is designed for CH and CH2
